Because procurement may involve commercial quantities and custom manufacturing, products cannot generally be returned and payments cannot be refunded after production or shipment has started unless the quotation states otherwise. Damage, shortage or non-conformity must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and shipment documents. Each case is reviewed with the supplier and carrier; depending on the circumstances, repair, replacement, credit or partial refund may be offered. Completed services and shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
